Ice Cream instructions :
1- keep the machine away from the wall and wet places.
2- use a minimum of two Ice Cream Mixs per Side. Using one Ice Cream Mix per side could damage the Machine.
3- Turn off the machine when you finish.
Terms and Conditions:
1- Ensure that there is enough space for the inflatable games ✅ ( If there is no space the deposit will not be refunded)
2- If the order is canceled the deposit will not be refunded
3- Transfer the deposit to confirm the reservation (if the deposit is not transferred within 24 hours, the reservation will be canceled)❌
4- Transfer the remaining money after the installation
5- The customer is responsible for any damage to the machine.
6- Ensure there is 220 V electricity⚡
7- The rental for the machine is per day not per hour ( not necessarily 24 hours)☺️
8- We will not install the machine on any floor other than the ground floor, unless you have an elevator
9- Kindly close the machine after you finish.
10- If we have more than one reservation in the same day, we will communicate with you to determine the installation time ️
11- For Soapy Soccers we don’t provide soap or ball
12- we don’t install inflatable with pool or soapy soccer on the sand
Terms and Conditions for Eid Days:
1- For Eid reservations, the time for removing the inflatables and installing it will be between 7 am and 5:00 pm depending on the inflatables location and the number of reservations. The installation time will be determined on the night of the reservation and the time of remaining the inflatables will be determined on the day of the reservation
2- Please for Eid reservations take into account the removal and installation time due to the large number of reservations and limited time ☺️
3- For reservations on the first day of Eid, installation will take place a day or two days before Eid
4- For the resort, the removal of the inflatables will be the second day in the morning, and we cannot remove the inflatables on the same day
